Co-Pay Plus
COVERED Until You’re COVERED (also called Bridge Program) for COSENTYX in SC form
Up to 2 years of COSENTYX in SC form for free through the COVERED Until You’re COVERED Program (also called Bridge Program) while health plan coverage is pursued.

Once patients enroll in Novartis Patient Support, we automatically identify if they are eligible for the COVERED Until You’re COVERED Program (also called Bridge Program) based on the results of the benefits verification.
Eligible patients can receive COSENTYX for up to 2 years.
An appeal of coverage denial must be submitted to the health plan within 90 days of enrollment to continue the program.
To be eligible for $0 Co-Pay offer or the COVERED Until You’re COVERED Program, patients must have:
Private insurance
A valid prescription for COSENTYX

COSENTYX is available through a direct-to-patient option
This option makes COSENTYX available to patients who do not have insurance coverage, or who will choose to pay out of pocket for the full cost per self-injectable dose.

How it works
1) Enrollment:
The patient can enroll online or call 888-470-0391. Our partner, ASPN Pharmacies, will reach out to you via fax to confirm the prescription. Alternatively, you can initiate the process by sending the prescription directly to:

2) Shipping & Payment:
Once the prescription has been confirmed, the patient will receive a text message from our pharmacy partner to schedule shipping and pay via credit card, HSA or FSA card, or Apple Pay®.
COSENTYX will be shipped for free to the patient on a day they can select. ASPN Pharmacies will contact the patient for refills.

This Direct Purchase Option to self-pay patients facilitates cash purchases of certain Novartis products to individuals with a valid prescription for the Novartis product being filled. The Direct Purchase Option is not insurance and – as an exclusive cash-pay offer – insurance is not accepted. Neither Novartis nor the Direct Purchase Option are pharmacies; all purchases are made through ASPN Pharmacies LLC and prescription will be fulfilled through Thrifty White Pharmacy and such purchases will be subject to the Pharmacy’s own terms and conditions it maintains in its normal course of doing business as a licensed pharmacy, including any additional charges for which the patient is responsible.
